I agree with Rachel. It's best to be prepared when driving on a rainy day. Drivers, especially those who drive motorcycles, need to be extra careful since visibility is poor in that kind of weather

Hmmm... it's also not a bad thing to bring an emergency kit. Since anything might happen on the road, the best thing to do is be prepared.
